Hello!
I’m Amy, a registered Clinical Psychologist with experience working in both forensic and community settings. I enjoy working with adults with a range of psychological difficulties and have particular interest in supporting people who wish to get deeply in touch with their inner experience .
I offer a warm, light-hearted therapeutic space, that feels natural, conversational, and even a bit of fun. I prioritise safety in the therapeutic space, which will look different for everyone. While I have a gentle approach, I will also challenge you where appropriate and help you to make the changes necessary for personal growth. I hope to support you to turn toward inner experience, rather than away from it so that you are able to feel at home within yourself.
