I am currently offering  psychological therapy for adults via telehealth and in-person. 

 

In-person appointments are located at Hope & Honey Psychology and Allied Health Eltham.

I am able to offer support for a range of psychological difficulties, such as:

I have experience working with complex trauma and personality disorders and may be able to offer support in some cases. However, I will not be a good fit for those seeking a long-term therapeutic relationship at this time.​

Fees

While no GP referral is required to access psychology, it can be more affordable to use Medicare funding with a Mental Health Care Plan. I encourage clients to see their GP to obtain a referral prior to their first session. Enquires and bookings are always welcome with or without an active referral. Private health insurance is also accepted although cannot be used in conjunction with Medicare.

At this time, I am not taking on clients from Workcover, DVA, or NDIS. There may be some exceptions to this. TAC referrals are welcome.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes long. At times, I will recommend 65- or 80-minute sessions to support EMDR processing or where otherwise necessary. This will always be discussed with you ahead of time.

*Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Care plan for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. These are typically $145.25 per session. Please check your specific rebate with Medicare.​
